Issue update

Ticket: #435 - Chapter home page = chapter photo
Status: Fixed

The ticket moved to the Fixed filter.

Ticket changed from In Progress to Fixed status.
Comment: 1) updated so the image now streches over the backgound.  i remade the default so it does not look bad.  all the older image you loaded were stored small, so you will need to reupload them if you want them to be the right size.

2) i am still not sure what you want done, i made the assimption you just wanted the header removed, if you wanted to remove the chapter motto part completely let me know
