Issue update

Ticket: #481 - word chage Mission Statement

The ticket moved to the Fixed filter.

Ticket changed from Reviewing to Fixed status.
Comment: I found a  WYSIWYG editor for free on github that does bascily what you need - so you aee now able to edit al the files to your liking :)  iadded it under  admin - its the footer tab.  Note, if you change the english version, dont for get to also change the spanish and french versions..

becase i did not write this code, i will not be able to make it work on a mobile beyond what you see right now.
