Issue update

Ticket: #460 - Chapter Subscriptions = add "Membership"
Status: Talk Needed

The ticket moved to the Talk Needed filter.

Ticket changed from In Progress to Talk Needed status.
Comment: The issue with RNRR not showing was due to the Legacy setting being to restrictive.  It was supose to block new member, but if your an existing member you should be able to still see it.  I changed it so an exisint member of a legacy chapter can see that chapter.  check it and see if this is what you saw. other wise we might need a phone call for me to understand
