Comment: I am not sure what your asking.  when i got to manage chapter and search for surfs it shows up as expected.
it does not show up in All Chapters becase its is NOT APPROVED.  Are you saying you want non-approved chapters showin up in searchs? this is not what you asked for before.

Lastly, assiming you do, then what is the point of having manage chapters at all? might just as well has all chapters and lets editors edit from there.
