Somehow others need to be able to see comments made by others in the voting booth
Example, I did not vote on a chapter "Sun Devils" but I made a comment. I cant see the comment and neither can others. Ideally advisors would see my comment (or others comments) before they voted. Comments might be imporant info that needs to be relayed to other Advisors.

Same for Back Patches
