Issue update

Ticket: #432 - email reciept for purchase

The ticket moved to the Verify filter.

Ticket changed from Reviewing to Fixed status.

Comment: emails for strip test does not normaly happen.
I have updated the code to send an email even if you are using stripe test mode.
