The ticket moved to the Verify filter.

Ticket changed from In Progress to Fixed status.

Comment: OK, the issues is the UX design wants you to click 1,2,3 to get to advisor and the search want to give a list of eveyone that matchs - which is not direcly compatable with how the page lay out works.  I think i have this working properly now, if not let me know exactly what you searched for, what you expected, and what you got so i can try to tweek the logic some more.
