action #2 - get a pop-up screen (or similar) with info. this info will explain the process

Pop-up or next screen or whatever
Your request has been submitted to the appoperate Advisors. Have Advisors contact info on this pop-up screen. Now it is your responsiblity to reach out to these Advisors by text message. You must talk to two Advisors before your back patch purchase will be approved.
