A comment was added to the ticket.

I think you are creating a footer above the footer.  I would say if this the style of the footer you want, then lets drop it from the footer and use what you have shown in the page. Just keep in mind every page has same footer, so either those buttons show oinly on the chapter page(fine), or it shows on every single page in site (bad)
