The ticket moved to the In Progress filter.

Ticket changed from Submitted to In Progress status.

Comment: Those dropdowns are filters, and the select box should not be at the bottom of the list - thats a bug
I could just remove it, as ther are so few refions now, but i think its better to just redo it to match the look of the other pages (select modal with text box and search/clear input.
