After a person request to buy a back patch, they get an email (pic) Good
Problem = who and how do Advisors know there is a person wanting to buy a backpatch? Me as a buyer, just requested to buy a back patch and me as the founder have no way of knowing this happened.

What I would like = for that persons State and Regional Advisors to get notifed by email of the person wanting to buy back patch. Then after talking to potential buyer they can go on the website and approve or deni, in the absence of a State Advisor, the Chief Advisor (Benny) would fill that role.
It would be best if the email that went out to potential buyer had the contact info to the 2 Advisors he needs to talk to.

OK, thats what I would like, now can you tell me what is possible

One idea is no notifaction goes out to Advisors. The potential buyer has to contact the 2 Advisors by text message. How would he know who those 2 people are? In all chapters have listed the 2 Advisors email addess for that chapter. (My Advisors) Buyer then can click and email these 2 guys.
